Only the details you enter in the valuation form: name, phone, email, location, property type, interest and message.

Solely to reply to your valuation request and to contact you about managing or leasing your property. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as needed to reply to your request and follow up on any business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It may be processed by technical providers needed to run the website and email (for example, our web host).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, or object to it, by emailing info@universeholidays.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only one technical session cookie is used when you send the form, to prevent repeated submissions.
